At Alchemy, it's important to us that our Emerging Alchemists receive extensive education, training, support and opportunities throughout their apprenticeship experience. This is why we invest in our own apprentice education & training program. Not only do our apprentices attend trade school, but they also receive weekly in-salon training. This includes one full day of education and hands-on learning with our incredible senior staff members. Throughout the week, there are multiple opportunities for our apprentices to continue this hands-on training on the floor. We believe the best way for our apprentices to learn and improve their skills is by having as much experience as possible. As a result, we find our Emerging Alchemists have been accelerated in their learning and can provide high-quality services that align with the Alchemy client experience standard. Our Emerging Alchemists range from first to third year apprentices, depending on where they are in their training. We can’t wait for you to be part of our Emerging Alchemists education journey and experience all they have to offer.

Our Emerging Alchemists Promos are designed to help our incredible apprentices build on the skills they have already learnt through their training. After completing training on each service, it's important that we continue to build on these skills. By booking an Emerging Alchemist Promo, you are helping our apprentices improve on their time management skills and teaching them what life on the floor as a qualified stylist will be like. All Emerging Alchemist services are supervised and overseen by a qualified stylist. These services are discounted and may take longer than your usual salon visits. When booking one of our Emerging Alchemist Promos, you are booking with an apprentice who has finished training in this specific service. These promos are to help build on skills, confidence, experience and timing. You will receive the same great Alchemy experince that you would receive with any stylist, but you're now part of our wonderful apprentices' learning journey!

Once training and promos are completed, our Emerging Alchemist services are available to book just like any other service at the salon.
